When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly and ushered into an examination room as soon as possible. Water and soft drinks are available. We know your time is valuable and our goal is to see our clients and patients promptly with minimal waiting.
One of our veterinary assistants will discuss your pets’ history with you and gather information for our records . We can contact your previous veterinarian to request your pets’ records if you like. Dr. Marshall will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions, and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. Our veterinary assistants will assist you in the selection of products you may need to care for your pet such as flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, shampoo, treats, dental products, and prescription diets.
